DETECTING A STRONG OUTFLOW BOUNDARY FROM DECAYING SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM JOAQUIN TO 7 MILES NORTHEAST OF CONVERSE
TO 7 MILES EAST OF COUSHATTA...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 12 MILES
NORTHEAST OF CENTER TO 12 MILES SOUTH OF MANSFIELD TO 22 MILES NORTH
OF NATCHITOCHES...MOVING SOUTH AT 50 MPH.

WINDS AROUND 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS OUTFLOW BOUNDARY...WHICH MAY
RESULT IN SOME TREE DAMAGE.
