Texas and much of North Louisiana generally along and south of
Interstate 20 until 6 PM this evening...

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS
EVENING...
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS EVENING
TO 10 AM CST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Light snow is still occurring in parts of the advisory
  area. Plan on very hazardous road conditions. Additional snow
  accumulations of up to one half inch are possible. Dangerously
  cold wind chills will develop tonight after sunset with readings
  falling into the single digits areawide.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Louisiana, northwest Louisiana
  and east Texas.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 PM today. For
  the Wind Chill Advisory, 8 PM tonight through 10 AM Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Look for reduced visibilities at times.
  The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30
  minutes to any exposed skin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for blowing snow means that
visibilities will be limited due to strong winds blowing snow
around. Use caution when traveling, especially in open areas. The
latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be
obtained by calling 5 1 1.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
