...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR EAST CENTRAL SEBASTIAN COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The tornadic thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out
of the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for west central
Arkansas.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 PM CDT FOR SOUTHERN
FRANKLIN COUNTY...

At 942 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 3 miles south of Branch, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.
