A front will develop northwest of the state later today before moving over the the western islands early evening Wednesday and Thursday. The front will then weaken into a trough and shift westward Friday. Chances of thunderstorms are possible Wednesday night into the weekend. $$ Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels- .TODAY AND TONIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming south in the afternoon. Seas 4 to 5 feet. Wave Detail: East 3 feet at 7 seconds and northwest 3 feet at 11 seconds, becoming 13 seconds tonight. Scattered showers. .WEDNESDAY...South southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 4 to 5 feet. Wave Detail: East southeast 3 feet at 4 seconds, northwest 3 feet at 12 seconds and south southwest 3 feet at 16 seconds. Scattered showers. .WEDNESDAY NIGHT...South southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 4 to 6 feet.
