.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A thermal
persist overnight, with increasing north winds and building steep
wind- driven seas on Sunday evening. Moderate to strong winds and
steep to very steep wind driven seas will continue through early
next week, with the strongest winds south of Cape Blanco.
