...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTH CENTRAL COLEMAN...NORTHERN
MCCULLOCH AND SOUTHEASTERN CONCHO COUNTIES UNTIL 530 PM CDT...

At 505 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Salt Gap, or 19 miles northwest of Brady, moving east at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Pear Valley around 515 PM CDT.
  Lohn and Waldrip around 520 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include The Intersection Of
US-87 And Ranch Road 2134, US-283 Near The McCulloch-
Coleman County Line and Fife.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
