Minnesota River at Morton affecting Redwood and Renville Counties. .Rain is in the forecast, but not in amounts to significantly impact the river. So the gradual decrease in stages are expected to continue. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads.
