The remainder of the afternoon and early evening will feature low
relative humidity into the 20-30 percent range along with north-
northeasterly winds of generally 10 mph or less. High-level cirrus
clouds will be on the increase as well. Strong relative humidity
recovery is expected tonight along with increasing cloud cover
with light and variable winds. An isolated shower cannot be ruled
out late but no wetting rains are expected. Cooler temperatures
and higher humidity are then likely on Thursday with mostly cloudy
skies and scattered rain showers. Winds will be primarily out of
the southeast at 10-15 mph, gusts to around 20 mph late.
