.DISCUSSION
Offshore flow is expected for the majority of Friday, allowing dry air
to linger at the burn site. Relative humidities will be low during the
day, likely falling to 20 percent Friday, and there is a chance humidity
will fall to 15% for a few hours. Moderate to poor overnight recoveries are
expected Friday night as onshore flow struggles to reach the region.
Westerly flow builds Saturday, and humidities should begin trending higher
into the weekend.
