.DISCUSSION...

Southeast wind gusts of 35 to 50 mph will continue tonight into
Tuesday, before gradually shifting around to the north-northwest
Tuesday afternoon across the Missouri River valley. These northerly
winds will expand over toward the border of South Dakota and
Minnesota Tuesday night into Wednesday.

After minimum relative humidity values from this afternoon into
early this evening of around 20 to 25 percent begin to recover with
sunset, expect afternoon humidity levels to be much higher Tuesday
and Wednesday. Widespread coverage of good wetting rain chances will
ramp up tonight and persist throughout the day Tuesday into Tuesday
night.
