Currituck Sound and portions of the James, York, and Rappahannock
Rivers...

A secondary surge of cold advection drops south this morning.
Rain moves across the region through this afternoon, as low
pressure tracks along a stalled frontal boundary offshore of the
coastal Carolinas. Transient high pressure then builds over the
region tomorrow through midweek, before a mainly weak, dry cold
front crosses the area late Wednesday into Thursday.
