This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...Rest of Tonight.

Thunderstorms are possible late tonight across mainly eastern
sections of the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles. If storms develop,
a storm or two will have the potential to become strong to severe,
with large hail the primary hazard.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Severe storms may occur on Thursday, mainly along and east of the
Amarillo to Guymon line. Very large hail, damaging winds, and
tornados may occur if storms can form.

Across the western Panhandles, elevated to critical fire weather
conditions are possible Thursday due to gusty winds and low relative
humidity values.

Elevated to critical fire weather conditions will continue to be
possible Friday through this upcoming weekend.

Additional thunderstorms may be possible on Saturday in the far
eastern combined Panhandles. Some of these storms could become
strong to severe.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will likely be needed on Thursday.

Area fire managers and emergency officials should remain alert for
for elevated to critical fire weather conditions Thursday through
the weekend.
