.DISCUSSION...
Ridge of high pressure will be centered over the burn area
creating southeasterly surface and transport winds through the
day. Patchy fog and low clouds early this morning will mix out by
ignition time with cumulus developing from late morning through
the afternoon. Cumulus vertical development will be limited with
not rain expected. With the moist southeasterly flow afternoon
minimum RH will be around 44 percent. With sunset winds will
subside becoming 5 mph or less overnight. Patchy fog and stratus
are possible tonight.
