...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 500 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN STAFFORD AND NORTH CENTRAL PRATT COUNTIES...

At 443 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles south of St.
John, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect damage
         to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.

Locations impacted include...
St. John and Stafford.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for south central
Kansas.
