...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of Lampasas and
southeastern Mills Counties through 100 AM CDT...

At 1221 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Bend, moving east-northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Lampasas, Goldthwaite, Colorado Bend State Park, Lometa, Moline,
Center City, Star, Nix, and Us-190.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for
central Texas.
