...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN AND WEST CENTRAL
WEBSTER COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 230 AM CDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, small
hail and gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for south central
Nebraska.

Remember, a Tornado Warning still remains in effect for northeastern
portions of Franklin County and northwestern portions of Webster
County.
