...The National Weather Service in Gray ME has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Maine...

  Androscoggin River At Rumford affecting Franklin, Androscoggin
  and Oxford Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Androscoggin River at Rumford.

* WHEN...Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Low spots flood along the Swift and
  Androscoggin Rivers in Mexico and Rumford.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:00 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 14.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this morning to a crest of 15.2 feet this afternoon. It will
    then fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
