...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL TULARE COUNTY
THROUGH 545 PM PDT...

At 513 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 20
miles west of Cartago, or 22 miles west of Olancha, moving southeast
at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Casa Vieja Meadows and Kern Canyon Ranger Station.
