ALL REMAINED QUIET ACROSS THE REGION DURING THE NIGHT...ALTHOUGH IT
WASN`T AS COOL. WITH PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND EAST TO SOUTHEAST WINDS
UNDER 10 MPH...TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE UPPER 60S IN PARTS OF
EXTREME SOUTH-CENTRAL KANSAS TO THE MID 50S IN NORTH-CENTRAL AREAS.

IT WILL BE MOSTLY SUNNY AND WARMER TODAY AS STRONG HIGH PRESSURE
COVERING THE WESTERN HALF OF THE U.S. SPREADS SLOWLY EAST. SOUTH
WINDS INCREASING TO 15 TO 20 MPH WILL SEND HIGHS INTO THE MID 90S
ACROSS THE WESTERN PLAINS WHILE IN MISSOURI...WHERE WINDS WILL BE
EAST UNDER 10 MPH...HIGHS WOULD BE IN THE MID 80S.

LATE TONIGHT...A PERTURBATION DEVELOPING OVER WYOMING WILL `SPARK` A
FEW THUNDERSTORMS FROM EASTERN NEBRASKA TO EASTERN KANSAS AS IT
MOVES SOUTHEAST TOWARD KANSAS. SOUTH WINDS FROM 10 TO 15 MPH COUPLED
WITH INCREASING CLOUDS SHOULD LIMIT LOWS TO THE LOWER 70S IN WESTERN
AND CENTRAL PARTS OF OKLAHOMA AND KANSAS...WHILE THE EASTERN PLAINS
SHOULD SETTLE TO AROUND 60.
