Clear and cool conditions prevailed overnight with light and
variable winds. Predawn temperatures ranged from the upper 30s
over much of northwest Kansas to the low 50s over southeast
Kansas.

A ridge of high pressure at the surface will settle across the
area today bringing light winds, clear skies and cool air to the
region. Highs today will remain below normal ranging from the
lower 70s across eastern Kansas to the upper 70s over northwest
Kansas.

Another cool night is anticipated tonight with clear skies and
light westerly winds. Low temperatures are expected to range from
the mid 40s over northwest Kansas to near 50 across much of
eastern Kansas.
