CLOUDS HAVE SLOWLY ERODED FOR CENTRAL PORTIONS OF THE STATE...WHILE
EASTERN KANSAS REMAINS UNDER CLOUD COVER.  HIGHS HAVE RISEN INTO THE
LOW 40S UNDER SUN WITH 30S PRESENT WHERE THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY SUN.

CHRISTMAS EVE NIGHT: A DRY FORECAST PREVAILS WITH LOWS IN THE 20S
ACROSS THE REGION. WINDS ARE LIGHT AND SOUTHERLY AND SKIES WILL
CONTINUE TO CLEAR OVER EASTERN KANSAS AND MISSOURI.

CHRISTMAS DAY WILL BE WARM AND BREEZY AHEAD OF THE NEXT STORM
SYSTEM.  HIGHS WILL SOAR INTO THE VERY WARM50S AND 60S OVER
KANSAS...OKLAHOMA AND THE TEXAS PANHANDLE.  NEBRASKA WILL SEE 30S
AND 40S.  A FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION.  BEHIND THIS
FRONT...COOLER AIR WILL MOVE IN AND ACROSS THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE
AND EASTERN COLORADO...SNOW WILL BE PRESENT.
