Light rain exited Kansas during the night, leaving cloudy skies
and light north winds in its wake. Predawn temperatures ranged
from the upper 20s in the north, to the lower 40s in the south.

Rain will persist today across Oklahoma and Arkansas, but end
tonight across Oklahoma and the northwest half of Arkansas. Clouds
will be on the decrease as high pressure builds into the Central
Plains through tonight.

Forecast highs range from the mid 40s to the mid 50s over most of
the Central Plains. Forecast lows range from the lower 20s in
Northern Iowa and Western Nebraska, to the lower 40s in Southern
Arkansas.
