In southeast Indiana, Jennings. * WHEN...Until 3 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms yesterday and earlier this evening produced 1.5 to 4 inches of rainfall across portions of Southeastern Indiana.
