...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT ECHOLS...CENTRAL WARE AND CLINCH
COUNTIES THROUGH 800 AM EDT...

At 702 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking clusters of showers and
thunderstorms centered near Mayday, or 9 miles northeast of
Statenville, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Homerville, Argyle, Statenville, Du Pont, Boggy Bay, Mayday,
Needmore, Manor, Cogdell, and Braganza.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
