...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 300 PM EDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN WAYNE...NORTHERN JEFF DAVIS AND NORTHERN APPLING
COUNTIES...

At 238 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Mendes to 9 miles north of Surrency to Baxley,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Baxley, Hazlehurst, Graham, Plant Hatch, and Pine Grove.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for southeastern
Georgia.

building.
