* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 31 degrees will result in frost
formation.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
southeast Kentucky.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Isolated freeze conditions with lows in the
upper 20s are possible in the coldest sheltered valley locations.
