Orange...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Burkeville.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 40.0 feet, Moderate flooding occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 25.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Monday afternoon and continue rising to 40.0 feet
    Wednesday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 36.0 feet.
