For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.5 low will cross just to the north of the Lake
tonight while dragging an associated cold front across the
remainder of the lower Great lakes Wednesday morning. The wavy
front will exit across New England Wednesday afternoon, while a
large 30.4 inch Canadian high will settle over the upper Great
Lakes. The area of high pressure will slowly work across Lake
Ontario Wednesday night and Thursday. The high will cross New
England on Friday. A warm front will lift northwards across the
Lake later Friday night and Saturday.

.TONIGHT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 knots becoming west and
diminishing to 10 to 15 knots. Rain. Waves 3 to 6 feet subsiding
to 1 to 2 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to
15 knots. Rain showers likely early, then a chance of rain
showers late in the morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 3 to
5 feet, then subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots becoming
northeast. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
.THURSDAY...East winds 5 to 10 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...East winds 5 to 10 knots. Waves 1 foot or less.
.FRIDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southeast. A chance
of showers Friday night. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to
4 feet.
.SATURDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest.
Showers likely. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots becoming south. A chance
of showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet subsiding to 1 foot or less.

to 1 to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 25 knots becoming north. Rain
early, then rain showers likely late in the morning. A chance of
rain showers early in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet building
to 5 to 8 feet, then subsiding to 3 to 5 feet. Waves occasionally
around 10 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...North winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northeast
10 to 15 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming north. Waves
2 feet or less.

southeast. Waves 1 foot or less.
.FRIDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
