...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN WAUKESHA...
SOUTHWESTERN WASHINGTON...NORTHEASTERN JEFFERSON AND SOUTHEASTERN
DODGE COUNTIES THROUGH 500 PM CDT...

At 431 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Oconomowoc, or near Okauchee Lake, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Delafield, Okauchee Lake, Oconomowoc, Merton, Lac La Belle, Ixonia,
Ashippun, Nashotah, Oconomowoc Lake, Chenequa, Mapleton, Stone Bank,
North Lake, Monches, Monterey, Lake Lac La Belle, and Summit.

This includes Interstate 94 between mile markers 277 and 280.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
