.DISCUSSION...Breezy to gutsy northwest winds continue through
the forecast period. Expect mostly clear skies through Thursday
afternoon with lower stratus clouds arriving Thursday evening and
building into that night. The marine environment around the area
will offer steep waves and gale-force gusts through much of
Thursday causing hazardous conditions to marine vessels. Cloud
cover thins Friday afternoon, but return again that evening. Winds
will weaken into Friday, but marine conditions will remain
hazardous to small craft
