.SYNOPSIS...A coastal low pressure trough will strengthen tonight
and persist through Wed before weakening Wed night and
dissipating Thu. A ridge of high pressure will build W of the
waters tonight through Thu night then weaken Fri as a cold front
moves into the waters from the NW. Strong high pressure will
build W of the waters Fri night through Sat night. Another
coastal trough will redevelop Fri night and persist through Sat
night.
