.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move across the waters from N to S tonight through Mon night.
High pressure W of the area will slowly build towards the area
tonight through Tue night. The center of the high pressure will
set up across N and central portions of the waters Tue night
through Wed night. A coastal trough will develop along the Oregon
coast Mon night and persist through Wed night before weakening
Thu. Thereafter, a weaker pressure pattern will set up over the
region Thu into Fri night.
