.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will continue
building E and shift more to the S portions today, then retreat W
of the area tonight. A surface trough will move across the N
portions today, cross the central and S portions tonight into
Fri, and then clear well S of the area by Fri night. High
pressure will rebuild E behind the cold front Fri through Sat,
then weaken Sat night. Another cold front will move into the N
portion Sat night, then slowly cross the remainder of the waters
Sun through Mon night. Behind this cold front, stronger high
pressure again will build E into the waters.
