.DISCUSSION...Rain and mountain snow will increase across the
forecast area tonight with precpitation amounts of 0.5 inch to 1.0
inch for many areas in the next 24 hours. Snow levels will
decrease to around 3500-4500 feet, and there will be 3-6 inches of
snow above 4000 feet on average. Breezy winds will become stronger
across the Lower Columbia Basin with gusts 40-50 mph over portions
of south central Washington and north central Oregon. The cool,
wet, and windy weather will continue through Monday.
