.DISCUSSION...A low pressure system moving into the region will
increase precipitation across the region and provide breezy to
windy southerly winds today. Widespread and abundant rain is
expected overnight and Sunday with snow levels over central Oregon
dropping to around 3000 feet. Will also see a switch to windy
westerly winds overnight through Sunday. Showers and windy
conditions will persist through the first of the week before a
ridge of high pressure rebuilds over the region.
