...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN RANDOLPH...
SOUTHEASTERN BRAXTON AND WEBSTER COUNTIES THROUGH 1215 AM EDT...

At 1145 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southwest of Holly River State Park, or 9 miles north of
Webster Springs, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Webster Springs, Addison (Webster Springs), Diana, Hacker Valley,
Bergoo, Waneta, Centralia, and Erbacon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
