...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  counties, Coleman, Concho, McCulloch and Runnels.

* WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 958 PM CDT, Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall extended
    from Eden to the O H. Ivie Reservoir, and from Lowake to
    Ballinger to Winters to Bradshaw were moving north at 20 mph.
    Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This
    will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 1.25
    inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Ballinger, Winters, Paint Rock, Eden, Novice, Ivie Reservoir
    Near Concho Park Marina, Benoit, Leaday, Talpa, Millersview,
    Rowena, Hatchel, Stacy, Glen Cove, Valera, Crews, Lowake,
    Doole, Silver Valley and Salt Gap.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    FM 1929 crossing Fuzzy Creek, FM 0503 crossing Waloope Creek,
    CR 348 crossing Coyote Creek, County Road 482 crossing South
    Fork Jim Ned Creek, County Road 406 crossing Home Creek,
    crossings along County Road 4071, County Road 3034 crossing
    Brady Creek, crossings along County Road 3077, crossings
    along County Road 3071 and County Road 482 crossing Jim Ned
    Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
