.DISCUSSION...

Easterly transport winds will shift south-southeasterly through the
day as the sea breeze moves inland, winds look to remain around
5-10 mph. Expect mixing heights to be around 4500-5500 feet but,
due to the lighter winds, dispersion indices will be fair, topping
off in the mid 40s today. MinRH values today will be in the low
to mid 30%s. No further fire weather concerns.
