...A strong storm will impact portions of southeastern Lewis and
Clark and north central Jefferson Counties through 315 PM MDT...

At 247 PM MDT, trained weather spotters reported a strong
storm 16 miles northwest of Helena, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible. Little to no lightning is expected.

Locations impacted include...
Helena, East Helena, Montana City, Marysville, Spring Meadow Lake
State Park, Canyon Creek, Black Sandy State Park, and Austin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
