FRANKLIN...SOUTHEASTERN COFFEY AND ANDERSON COUNTIES...

AT 1058 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH
FLOODING OVER THE WARNED AREA...WITH ROAD CLOSURES IN KINCAID AND
BURLINGTON...AS WELL AS SOME COUNTY ROADS. ADDITIONAL MODERATE TO
HEAVY RAIN WILL WORSEN THE FLOODING SITUATION TONIGHT.

KINCAID...LONE ELM...AND WESTPHALIA.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 35 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 168 AND 199.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND
STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY ROADS AND FARMLANDS
ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT
TO FLASH FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND...AWAY FROM RISING WATER.
