* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS...

* UNTIL 1230 AM CDT

* AT 923 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS
  ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY...
  ESPECIALLY ON DEVILS CREEK NORTH OF WASHINGTON.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  WASHINGTON...MORROWVILLE...HADDAM...MAHASKA AND HOLLENBERG.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
WARNED AREA.
