  ANDERSON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS...
  SOUTHEASTERN COFFEY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS...
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS...

* UNTIL 230 AM CDT

* AT 1023 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. THE GROUND IS ALREADY
  SATURATED FROM EARLIER RAINS...AND ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS
  EXPECTED TONIGHT WHICH WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND
STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY ROADS AND FARMLANDS
ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT
TO FLASH FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND...AWAY FROM RISING WATER.
