* AT 856 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
VERY HEAVY RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER THE AREA IN SINCE 8 PM. THIS FOLLOWS
HEAVY RAIN EARLIER TODAY. AS A RESULT...MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING
ROADWAYS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL OCCUR UNTIL MIDNIGHT..

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
