The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Shawnee County in east central Kansas...
  Southwestern Douglas County in east central Kansas...
  Central Osage County in east central Kansas...

* Until 915 PM CDT

* At 613 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a cluster
  of thunderstorms moving east across southwest Douglas and Osage
  counties. Radar estimated 1 to 2 inches and an additional 1 to 2
  inches may fall in the warned area. This will cause urban and
  small stream flooding the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Osage City, Carbondale, Richland, Overbrook, Lyndon, Burlingame,
  Scranton, Clinton, Lone Star, Clinton Lake, Globe and Pomona Lake.
