* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  EASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS...

* UNTIL 730 PM CDT

* AT 630 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN FROM A
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  OTTAWA...WELLSVILLE AND PRINCETON.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 35 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 179 AND 198.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IN HILLY TERRAIN THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS WHICH ARE
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IN HEAVY RAIN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED
ROADS. FIND AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.
