  SOUTHEASTERN BROWN COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN KANSAS...

* UNTIL 630 AM CDT

* AT 234 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL SINCE
  130 AM CDT...DUE TO A LINE OF TRAINING THUNDERSTORMS. AN ADDITIONAL
  1 INCH OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE THROUGH 430 AM. THIS WILL CAUSE
  URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA OF
  SOUTHEAST AND EAST CENTRAL BROWN COUNTY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  HORTON...EVEREST...ROBINSON AND WILLIS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. NEVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. FLOOD WATERS ARE USUALLY
DEEPER THAN THEY APPEAR. JUST ONE FOOT OF FLOWING WATER IS POWERFUL
ENOUGH TO SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED
ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.
