* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS...
  ANDERSON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS...

* UNTIL 245 PM CDT

* AT 1246 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IS ESTIMATED TO HAVE
  ALREADY FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE...
  GARNETT...RICHMOND...COLONY...GREELEY...LANE...RANTOUL AND LONE
  ELM.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES IS POSSIBLE OVER THE AREA
BEFORE THE RAIN ENDS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TURN AROUND...DON`T DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
