* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  EASTERN OTTAWA COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS...

* UNTIL 1130 PM CDT

* AT 823 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WERE REDEVELOPING OVER THE AREA AND WILL LIKELY
  PRODUCE ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN ACROSS THIS AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES
  THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF THIS
  AREA...AND ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLOODING
  OF SMALL STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  WELLS...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER ON COUNTRY ROADS AND
FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT.
