  Mill Creek at Washington affecting Washington County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety Message...Do not drive into flooded areas. Shallow flowing
water can wash a car from the roadway. Also, the roadbed may be
washed out under the water.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river crested below flood stage at 14.2 feet. The
  river will fall to 12.0 feet by early Tuesday morning.
