The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas
  for...
  Southern Douglas County in east central Kansas...

* Until 1115 PM CDT

* At 910 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
  Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in
  the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen
  across portions of southern Douglas county. Storms are moving very
  slowly, and may put down torrential rainfall in a short amount of
  time.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Baldwin City, Eudora, Lone Star, Pleasant Grove, Vinland and Globe.
